Lady Rose Foundation is committed to empowering women with confidence, knowledge, and skills for improved self-reliant living. The Lady Rose Foundation has established the Sibana Vocational Institute designed to utilize creative methods in preventing domestic violence and rape. The alternative methods include, but are not limited to:

• Providing counseling and guidance facilities on rape/defilement, domestic violence, and AIDS/HIV for the beneficiaries and include a free and confidential hotline for victims to report cases more freely.
   

• Establishing and providing a modern center for accessing research information, medical facilities for victims, recreation facilities like promotion of games and sports among the beneficiaries.
   

• Providing training programs and empower the beneficiaries with knowledge and technical skills in information technology, business skills, modern faming facilities, catering and tailoring to be self-reliant.
   

• Advancing credit by promoting income-generating activities among the beneficiaries for self-reliance.
